What are the business hours?

9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
※Last admission is 45 minutes before closing. Please note that opening hours may change depending on various situations such as infection prevention measures and disasters. For more details, please check the announcements on the homepage.

When are the closing days?

Second and third Mondays of each month (the following day in case of public holidays), fourth Monday in August Year-end and New Year holidays (December 28th to January 2nd), and occasional temporary closures

Is there parking available?

There is no dedicated parking lot at our facility. Please use nearby parking lots.

How do I get there by car?

If you are coming from the Hanshin Expressway Loop Line direction, it is right after the Ogimachi exit of Route 12 Moriguchi Line.
If coming from the Moriguchi direction, it is the Minamimorimachi exit.

Where is the nearest station?

It is right by Exit 2 of the Osaka Metro Sakaisuji Line Ogimachi Station, or a 3-minute walk west from JR Osaka Loop Line Tenma Station. Elevators are installed at Osaka Metro Ogimachi Station and JR Tenma Station.

Can I use credit cards?

Various credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB) can be used when purchasing entrance tickets or annual/half-yearly entry passports.
* However, only cash payments are accepted for purchasing original goods or participating in events.

Are advance tickets available?

Advance tickets are sold at convenience stores. Please refer to the usage guide for details. Additionally, we also sell "Exciting Gift Vouchers" at Kids Plaza Osaka, which can be used for presents, starting from the day after the sale date and valid for one year.

Is there a nursing room?

It is located in the 4th-floor Peek-a-boo area.

Can diapers be changed?

Baby seats are available in the multipurpose toilets on each floor.

Is smoking allowed inside the building? Can alcoholic beverages be consumed?

Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Please use the smoking area near the building. Also, since it is a children's facility, bringing alcoholic beverages is prohibited.

I lost something.

Lost items are kept in the 4th-floor office, so please inquire there.

I feel unwell or have an injury.

Please inform the staff. We provide simple treatments such as disinfection in the first aid room (no medication is provided). Additionally, an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is installed next to the 4th-floor multipurpose room.

Are wheelchairs or strollers available for rental?

Free rentals are available at the 1st-floor information desk.
(20 strollers, 2 adult wheelchairs, 2 child wheelchairs)

Are there coin lockers?

They are located next to the stairs on the 3rd floor, next to Peek-a-boo on the 4th floor, and next to the vending machines on the 5th floor and next to the "Waiwai Studio." They are free coin lockers with a return system where you insert a 500 yen coin, and the money is returned after use. ※ Please check the installation location and size of the lockers in the facility guide.

Can I take videos or photos?

Taking snapshots and videos for personal use is allowed, but please refrain from taking photos or videos that may inconvenience other customers. Commercial photography is also not allowed. For research or investigation purposes, please contact the 4th-floor office.

Can I eat or drink inside the building?

You can bring your own lunch and use the 4th-floor multipurpose room as a dining area. However, during peak hours of group use, you may need to wait, so please inquire. Also, beverage vending machines are installed near the stairs on the 4th floor (leading to the 3rd floor) and next to the passage on the 5th floor Science Zone. There are also some snack vending machines. Additionally, there is an ice cream vending machine near the 3rd-floor exit.

Are there any nearby restaurants?

There is a shopping street called "Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street" nearby. We have prepared a "Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street Dining Map," so please inquire at the 4th-floor office, 3rd-floor exit, or 1st-floor information desk. There are also convenience stores and fast food restaurants near JR Tenma Station.

Can I temporarily leave and re-enter?

You can re-enter from the 3rd-floor exit on the same day. Please present your ticket upon re-entry.

Can children enter alone?

Children under 15 years old (middle school students) cannot enter alone. We request that children enter with a guardian. For safety reasons, please keep an eye on small children.

Can adults (high school students and older) enter alone?

Yes, adults (high school students and older) can enter alone. Please complete the entry procedure at the 1st-floor information desk, and we will provide you with an "Entry Confirmation Card" to wear around your neck inside the building.

Is reservation required for entry?

No reservation is required in advance.
